Exchange Support for Hyper-V
The IT community has been waiting for Microsoft to release its official statement about Exchange support for the new Windows 2008 Hyper-V and today we got our answer

Microsoft will not support certain configuration with Exchange 2007 SP1 with all roles except Unified Messageing. There are a few other caveats like CCR,SCC, and LCR is not supported in conjunction with virtualization HA technologies

Microsoft is waiving its 90-day license reassignment policy to enable customers who virtualize Exchange to move their licenses between servers within a data farm as often as necessary.
