Hi Brian,

I was googling for some solutions on how to install Outlook Exchange when I bumped into your blog. I'm hoping you can help me out.

I'm using Windows 7 and I've just set up a VPN (Sonic Wall SSLVPN Net Extender v. 3.5.108). Now, when I was starting to set up an email profile (Outlook 2007), something seems to be wrong.

When I was on the page: enter remote server --> enter user name --> click Check Name (where a pop-up window to enter my password shows up), after entering my password, nothing seems to happen. Whenever I enter my password, it just leads me back to the same pop-up window. I've tried several times so I doubt that I'm entering a wrong pw. To add to that, my friend who was using XP said he tried to click the "More Settings" button which gave him several tab options. With mine, whether it's the "Check Name" or "More Settings" that I click, it still leads me to the same pop-up log-in window.

What shall I do? Please help....Brian, I think it pays to say that I'm no techy gal so please bear with me. Thank you so very much. You can just also email me for your reply. Really, really appreciate it. Thanks so much!

Have a good day,
