Anyone know how to modify the sender name of Delivery Status Notification (DSN) and Non-Delivery Report (NDR) message ?

Thanks

I am not sure you can modify the sender, however you can customize the DSN message that you displayed.

What are you looking to do

For example, I want to send a mail to a user and turn on the “Request a Delivery Receipt” in Outlook Client.
I will receive a notification mail from “Microsoft Exchange”(sender name). By default, no mailbox is associated with the Microsoft Exchange Recipient.
I want to change this sender name, let’s say “Mail System Administrator”.

Thank you for you help.

Hi

You can change sender name while sending email from MSOutlook,

you have to just enable from field in outlook while sending any email and write down the sender email address, but you should have some permission from Adminisitrator

you can do this by two way,
1) You should have privillage of “On Behalf” permission or
2) You have permission of Send as

:)All the Best!
