Are you familiar with how to install a root certificate? All our Entourage clients get an error that a root cert is not installed…

What you want to do is to double-click on the root cert and when “Keychain Access” asks you where you want to save them choose “system”. That should be it.

Sometimes it works only if you download the cert to your desktop and double click the file. We have seen that if you have it in an email and double click it the keychain app sometimes does’t open.
